SHIPPING

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import
taxes on arrival. These are payable by the recipient at delivery and are
not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders above €450.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

EU, UK, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein
Goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession.
If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received
it, contact us at rv@rayonvert.international within 7 days of the
delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where
the loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

All other destinations
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility
for the shipment passes to the recipient. We are not able to replace or
refund parcels reported lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Whatever the destination, if a parcel goes missing we will open a formal
investigation with the carrier and our logistics partners, and we will do
everything we reasonably can to resolve it with you.

Where parcel theft is common in your area, we recommend shipping to a
workplace, a secure pick-up point or a PO box.
