RETURNS

Our approach
We produce in small batches and design for longevity. We do not support
the fast-fashion practice of ordering multiple pieces with the intention
of returning most of them. Every return carries a real environmental
cost: additional freight, packaging, and product that too often cannot
be resold.

We would rather help you get it right the first time. If you are unsure
about sizing, fit or materials, contact us before you order at
rv@rayonvert.international or @rayonvert.international on Instagram. We
will share measurements, fit notes and honest advice. We are also
continuously expanding the fit and sizing information on our product
pages so you can make an informed choice.

EU, UK, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of
receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right,
email rv@rayonvert.international within 14 days of delivery. Items must
be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Return
shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will refund the item price
and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the
returned goods.

All other destinations
Outside the EU, UK, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein we are unable to
guarantee returns. International return freight, combined with current
import and export duties, makes the cost prohibitive, and it carries a
significant carbon footprint. This is why we ask you to contact us for
sizing and fit guidance before you order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items, all destinations
This limitation does not apply to items that arrive faulty, damaged or
that do not match their description. Regardless of your location, contact
us at rv@rayonvert.international with your order number and photographs,
and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Repairs
In line with our approach to longevity, contact us about repairs to
extend the life of your garment rather than replacing it.

Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the legal
guarantee of conformity, which applies for a minimum of two years for
customers in the EU.
